1. About

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online reservation service provided by Restaurant Ceaun through the website rezervari.ceaun.ro.

2. Definitions

• "Restaurant" – Restaurant Ceaun, located at the address mentioned above
• "Customer" – the person making a reservation
• "Reservation" – a request to allocate a table at a specific date and time
• "Website" – rezervari.ceaun.ro and associated pages

3. Reservation Process

3.1. Making a Reservation

1. The Customer completes the reservation form with the requested information
2. The reservation request is automatically sent to the Restaurant
3. A Restaurant representative will contact the Customer by phone for confirmation
4. The reservation becomes valid ONLY after phone confirmation

3.2. Capacity and Availability

• The restaurant has limited capacity and may be 100% fully booked
• Reservations are subject to availability at the time of phone confirmation
• If the restaurant is fully booked, we will contact you to suggest an alternative date/time
• For groups larger than 6 people, please contact us directly by phone at +40 756 090 680
• We reserve the right to decline reservations based on capacity

3.3. Correct Contact Information

The Customer is responsible for providing correct contact information (phone, email). If we cannot reach the Customer for confirmation, the reservation may be cancelled.

4. Modifying and Cancelling Reservations

4.1. Modifications

• Modifications (date, time, number of guests) are made by phone
• Please notify us at least 4 hours before your reservation time

4.2. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations are communicated by phone or email
• Please cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation time
• Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to online reservations

4.3. Cancellation by Restaurant

We may cancel a reservation in the following situations:

• We cannot reach the Customer for confirmation
• Force majeure (power outage, severe weather, etc.)
• Insufficient capacity for special events

In case of cancellation by us, we will notify the Customer as soon as possible.

5. Arrival and Tolerance

• The table is held for 15 minutes after the reservation time
• If you are running late, please call us
• After 15 minutes without notification, the table may be assigned to other customers

6. Restaurant Rules

• We are a family-friendly restaurant
• Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs
• Smoking is not allowed inside
• We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with inappropriate behavior

7. Liability

• The Restaurant is not liable for losses or damages resulting from inability to honor a reservation due to causes beyond our control
• The Customer is liable for any damages caused to property or staff

8. Personal Data

Personal data provided through the reservation form is processed according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of the website (texts, images, logo) is the property of ASTERISC COMIMPEX S.R.L. and may not be used without written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the reservation service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
